When Max was born he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and had to spent 5 months in the Childrens Hospital . Max’s prognosis was uncertain at that time. Today Max is 7 months old and is doing great!!
Max’s parents made T-Shirts that read “ I believe in miracles team Max “ and sold them to raise funds for a charity. I was honoured when the Rombouts family chose the TLC Foundation as that charity. The Rombouts family paid a visit to Santa’s House and presented the charity with a cheque for $1000!!
It warms my heart when I meet amazing people like the Rombouts family who even though they had their challenges they took the time to raise funds to help other kids, and that is truly a wonderful thing.
