TLC Foundation recently sent some very deserving kids to the 2019 Juno Awards at Budweiser Gardens. We decided not to share any pictures from this event, as some of these children that attended suffer from mental illness and we do not want to disrespect them in any aspect. The TLC Foundation takes care of children, regardless of their illness or their financial situation; if they need support, we will always be there for them.
The TLC Foundation reached out to these children suffering from mental illness to personally invite them to the Juno Awards in an effort to uplift their spirits. We wanted to let them know that there are people who care and support them, and want them to get better.
In life, there are times where you must take the first step in attempting to make someone’s life a little brighter instead of then reaching out to you. Sometimes, thinking of others and taking that first step can be the greatest gift one could give.
