The TLC Foundation had the real pleasure of meeting Alyssa today thanks to someone who felt that she could use some cheering up and asked if I would pay her a visit.
To make her hospital stay a little easier the TLC Foundation brought Alyssa a gift that would sure to keep her busy and take away some of the boredom that happens when spending lots of time in the hospital.
I wish I could have captured a picture of her face when she opened up the gift, it was truly heartwarming to see the expression on her face. When people ask me why the TLC Foundation does what it does for these kids, just look at the smile on Alyssa’s face, that will explain everything!!!
I will continue to put smiles on a Alyssa’s face. I already have things in place that will sure to bring her some more big smiles.
