Recently I received a message from a mother who wanted me to visit her son who is battling cancer. I asked the mother what could I bring her son to cheer up his day. The response she gave me made me realize how important the TLC Foundation is to all of these kids that are battling an illness, it put a tear in my eye. All she wanted was for me to spend some time with her son , make him forget for just a little while where he was.
Today I got to visit my new friend Michael and his family and what a amazing family they are!! I had a wonderful visit with Micheal and of course we can’t forget his little sister Sophia .
Micheal has many challenges ahead of him and I need to do all I can to give him the boost he needs to keep fighting, and if that means spending time with him every time he is in treatment than that’s what I will do!!!
