THANK YOU LEO Christmas Train and Comet join Santa for his final week in Victoria Park Before he loads up the sleigh and sets out on his around-the-world odyssey, Santa Claus will be posing for photos in London right up to the start of the holidays. Families who still haven’t visited Santa at his house in Victoria Park can stop by every evening until Friday, December 23rd from 6:00 to 9:00p.m. and Thursdays through Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Local philanthropist Leo Larizza brought Santa’s House to Victoria Park for the second straight year to raise funds for his TLC Foundation. For more than 30 years, the Teresina Larizza Charities Foundation has been granting holiday wishes for hundreds of underprivileged, seriously ill, and terminally ill London-area children every year. Photos with Santa are available for a donation to the TLC Foundation. (Suggested donation is $20 or pay what you can.) In addition to the photos, Santa has a few surprises in store during his last weekend in Victoria Park. Santa’s train will be parked at the Santa House this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 per child and tickets are available on site. Santa’s reindeer Comet will drop by for a visit one day only on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Every child who gets a photo taken will be entered into a draw to win this year’s hottest holiday toy, a Hatchimal.
